Key electricity partner unfairly excluded from Kazakhstan bitcoin project
Yermek Alimov is a Kazakh energy investor who played a decisive role in the creation of the Genesis Digital Assets (GDA) Bitcoin mining project in Kazakhstan.
In 2020, he was unfairly excluded from the project after providing reliable and cheap power to GDA's Bitcoin mining crypto farms. The shareholders refused to give him previously agreed upon shares and payments, violating the original terms of his participation in the project.
To date, GDA has generated over $1 billion worth of Bitcoin.
